haIz. todae is a suay day fer me.

went fer training in the morning. jogged first then went down to row. then during our break we were talking. then i said

ken: jeanette you can keep up with me ma.

jean: but at the back cannot le. you pace with derick la.

derick(bloody fker): he cannot catch up with me one la.

then we just diam diam. let him say waD ever he want la.

then we go row. all start together. then i was leading man. fking derick was losing to me. then i had to capsize just about 4 bouys from the ending point. fk man. then derick row past me laughing.

derick: YES! win already!.

fking lame shyt ass. there was obviously no way he could hae catch up. yanhan told me he was 4 bouys behind me. and that was like 100m. was damn pissed la. oh well. i'm not the sore loser. it's clear who won that round. then swim back and rest.

then the next 2km. could really get a good start. coz kanna backwashed by the t2 and k2. oh well. the feeling wasn't really there. the fking derick was too far to catch up too. i tried though. row finish. then cool down. then go back and do exercise. after that got debrief by cher. then fkign derick was there saying ' yay i won the regarta ( the name of my boat ) '.

fk ya man. you and yeelee have been infront of me all the time up til todae. and so happen i won you. so it's not like you weren't infront of me before man. so there's nothing to be happy about man. instead you should have gone around saying 'yay, i fking lost to a regarta'.

coz that's smth that has not happened before. furthermore a k2 by right, should be faster than a k1. fking no skill guy. always blaming yeelee. different catergory still talk so much. he was pissing me all the while man. why did he have to follow us to the toilet. oh yah. i fergot. he's got no other frens. can't blame him tough.. should blame on his aggnorant and show off attitude. was so reliefed when he left. bloody fker been pissing me off. don't know if he's doing it on purpose or if he's really stupid not to be aware of other people.

i guess the 2nd choice is the more likely one.

slack summore la. row like so relaxed liddat. i think yeelee did most of the work.

sian. at least i know waD i'm capable of.. unlike a week ago where i was dying and struggling. i guess i gotta get the strokes right. sian. i also dunno why i capsize. i onli know my paddle went in too much and i couldn't recover. sad.

it was a perfect run fer me, in terms of the situation. but it had to go bad. i'll reflect..

i know i can do it again. and i'm jolly well gonna do it again. so that bloody basket better watch out.

ok. finish liao. actually got another thing. but other dae then sae.
